Weekdesk is an enterprise SaaS people analytics platform that helps large corporations automatically collect, analyze and act on employee feedback in real time. Weekdesk was born in cooperation with Raiffaisen bank, one of the most data driven and innovative banks in the central and eastern Europe.

Weekdesk co-founders came to us with clear picture of the product in their mind. We helped them validate the idea with number of local HR specialists from the largest enterprises.

During the design phase, we were focused on creating user experience of the platform as easy and intuitive as possible, in order to add value not work. We spent countless hours working on customer feedback to deliver the best possible result.

Developing web and mobile applications as well as integrations to client HR information systems was crucial for the success of Weekdesk. Despite the complexity of the project, we were able ti deliver in estimated time and onboarded first clients shortly after internal testing phase

After the launch we help Weekdesk to develop new core functionalities as well as customzie the platform to specific needs of the clients that use weekdesk to inteligently gather the feedback in their organization.
Since its launch, Weekdesk has attracted the biggest enterprises managing feedback of tens of thousands of employees. There is continuous development of new features in order for Weekdesk to stay the leading provider of people analytics in the region.
