Disrupting the personal investment industry. Portu is the largest digital wealth manager in the region allowing people to invest as little as 5 euro into personalized investment portfolios via mobile or web app. Radim, the founder of Portu came to us to help him define, design, build and integrate the product into back-office systems of Wood&Company, the larger broker-dealer in the Czechia.

At first, together with Radim, we defined the product, its core functionality and technical feasibility in connection to the integration into the back-office systems of Wood&Company, the sponsor of the project.

Seamless user experience is the core factor in driving growth. Spending tens of hours during user testing, we managed to find and optimize the best user-experience driving high conversion rates.

In this phase, we were responsible for development of all functionalities of the application, including the mathematics behind core algorithms that manage the client portfolios.

After the launch we provided continual support on Portus way to becoming the fastest growing digital wealth manager in the region.
Since its launch, Portu has managed to attract more than 160 000 clients for whom they automatically manage more than 500 million EUR. The algorithmic processes we designed and engineered smoothly work at scale, automatically managing hundreds of thousands of individual investment portfolios.
